Digital products can't be returned, but they can be wrong. Our promise:

• If a file doesn't match its product description, you get a full refund — no interrogation.
• Request within 30 days of purchase via contact with your order email.
• Refunded purchases lose download access; that's the only catch.

Chargebacks cost everyone more than refunds do. We'd rather refund you and keep your trust.
